The $78 million expansion project includes a hotel, RV park, and a significantly enlarged gaming floor. The new gaming floor spans 80,000 square feet, offering a larger space for patrons to enjoy over 1,100 electronic games and 10 table games.
Grand Opening
The grand opening ceremony took place on Friday, August 22, at 11 AM. The event was attended by several dignitaries, including Shawnee Chief Ben Barnes, Shawnee Ambassador Ron Sparkman, Chickasaw Nation Governor Bill Anoatubby, Bill Lance (Chickasaw Nation Secretary of State), Chris Floyd (Shawnee Development President), Skip Seeley (Global Gaming Solutions CEO), Mike Shannon (Guymon City Manager), and Kim Peterson (Mayor of Guymon).
Facility Additions
The expansion also includes a new hotel, enhancing the casino's appeal as a destination for travelers. An RV park has been added to cater to visitors who prefer to camp while staying nearby, offering additional accommodation options. To further enhance the visitor experience, a full-service restaurant is now part of the expanded facility.
